These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Rank Sarthi, including ranksarthi.com and related academic, assessment, test-preparation, calculator and learning services provided by RANKSARTHI- NEW GEN PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing or using Rank Sarthi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a service or otherwise using Rank Sarthi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms displayed at the time of purchase or enrolment.

If you are under 18, you should use Rank Sarthi with the permission and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

Where an institute creates or manages access for students, the institute confirms that it has appropriate authority to do so.

2. User Accounts

Where an account is required, you are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• protecting your account against unauthorised use
• notifying Rank Sarthi if you believe your account has been compromised

Accounts are intended for the authorised user and must not be sold, transferred or shared in a manner that violates the applicable subscription or product terms.

Rank Sarthi may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe there has been:

• account sharing
• fraud
• misuse
• unauthorised access
• false account information
• abuse of platform functionality
• a serious violation of these Terms

3. Academic Content and Information

Rank Sarthi provides educational information, academic resources, examination information, preparation material, tests, calculators and related tools.

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate and useful academic information.

Official examination rules, dates, eligibility conditions, answer keys, results, cut-offs and similar information remain subject to the relevant official examination authority.

Students should check official authority notifications where a decision depends on current official examination information.

Rank Sarthi does not guarantee:

• examination selection
• rank
• percentile
• admission
• college allocation
• scholarship
• employment
• any specific academic outcome

4. Tests, Assessments and Practice

Where Rank Sarthi provides timed assessments, test series, mock tests, self-tests or other practice tools, the applicable:

• duration
• scoring rules
• negative marking
• number of attempts
• availability period
• syllabus
• question format

will be displayed for the relevant test or product.

Once a timed attempt begins, the conditions applicable to that attempt may be fixed for the duration of the attempt.

Users must not attempt to manipulate timers, scoring, test sessions or other integrity controls.

5. Automated and AI-Assisted Features

Some Rank Sarthi features may use automated analysis or AI-assisted systems to help organise information, identify patterns or provide learning-related insights.

Such outputs are intended to support preparation and should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction of examination performance, rank, admission or outcome.

Important academic or admission decisions should be checked against official information and appropriate human guidance.

6. Purchases, Plans and Payments

Paid Rank Sarthi products may include:

• subscriptions
• test series
• practice packages
• assessment packages
• digital academic resources
• top-ups or other paid features

The price, included features, access conditions and applicable validity will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Rank Sarthi does not intend to store users' complete card, bank or payment authentication credentials where these are processed by the payment provider.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Rank Sarthi Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce or redistribute Rank Sarthi question banks, solutions, reports or proprietary academic content without permission
• share paid account access with unauthorised users
• circumvent timers, session restrictions or assessment-integrity controls
• attempt to interfere with scoring or platform functionality
• scrape or systematically extract protected Rank Sarthi content without permission
• access another person's account
• attempt to access restricted administrative or system areas
• introduce malware or malicious code
• impersonate another person
• provide intentionally false information
• use Rank Sarthi content to create or train a competing commercial product without written permission
• use the platform for unlawful purposes

Rank Sarthi may restrict or terminate access where serious misuse is detected.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Rank Sarthi's:

• platform software
• interface
• branding
• original academic content
• question banks
• solutions
• reports
• methodologies
• graphics
• test structures
• databases
• original written content

are owned by RANKSARTHI- NEW GEN PRIVATE LIMITED or used under appropriate licence.

Access to the platform gives users a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for legitimate educational purposes.

It does not transfer ownership of Rank Sarthi intellectual property.

Third-party trademarks, official examination names and externally sourced resources remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Institute and Organisation Accounts

Institutes may receive access under a separate commercial agreement.

Where an institute provides student information, manages student access or receives academic reports, it is responsible for having appropriate authority and consent to do so.

Institute pricing, seat limits, reporting rights, service levels and other commercial conditions may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Where such an agreement conflicts with these general Terms in relation to a specific institute service, the applicable written commercial agreement may take precedence for that service.

Rank Sarthi may provide links to:

• examination authorities
• government websites
• educational resources
• third-party services
• external documents

These links may be provided for reference and convenience.

Rank Sarthi does not control independently operated third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

11. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep Rank Sarthi available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

• maintenance
• infrastructure issues
• third-party service failures
• security events
• upgrades
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify, improve, replace or discontinue platform features where reasonably necessary.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Rank Sarthi is an educational and preparation platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee any particular academic result, examination rank, percentile, selection or admission.

Calculators, diagnostics, analytics and automated insights are provided to assist preparation and may rely on information entered by the user, current rules, assumptions or computational models.

Users should verify official examination requirements and important decisions with the relevant examination authority.

To the extent permitted by law, RANKSARTHI- NEW GEN PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Rank Sarthi at any time.

Where account-deactivation functionality is available, you may request or initiate deactivation through the platform or by contacting us.

Rank Sarthi may suspend, restrict or terminate access where:

• these Terms are materially violated
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• intellectual property is misused
• security controls are attacked or bypassed
• required by law
• continued access creates a material risk to the platform or other users

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the current Rank Sarthi Refund Policy displayed on the website.

Submitting a cancellation or account-deactivation request does not automatically create refund eligibility.

15. Changes to These Terms

Rank Sarthi may update these Terms as the platform, products or legal requirements evolve.

The current version will display its updated date.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of Rank Sarthi will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
