User Data Deletion Instructions

Rank Sarthi respects your privacy. If you have used Rank Sarthi or connected a Facebook or Instagram account through our services, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Rank Sarthi.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Email info@ranksarthi.com with the subject "User Data Deletion Request – Rank Sarthi".

Step 2: Include your registered email address, your Rank Sarthi account name (if applicable), and whether your request relates to your Rank Sarthi account, Facebook, Instagram or another connected Meta service. Specify whether you want particular personal data deleted or your account deleted.

Step 3: Our team will review your request and may ask for reasonable verification before proceeding. Never send passwords, OTPs or access tokens.

Step 4: Once verified, we will process your request in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, and notify you when it has been completed or if additional information is required.

For a minor's account, a parent or legal guardian may submit a request, subject to appropriate verification.

2. What Information Can Be Deleted?

Subject to the information actually held by Rank Sarthi and applicable retention obligations, a verified request may cover:

Account profile and contact details
Facebook or Instagram account identifiers or connection information held by Rank Sarthi, if applicable
Associated access tokens, if stored
Academic activity and assessment information linked to the account
Other personal data associated with the account

Certain records may need to be retained where required by applicable law, financial obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Such exceptions will be explained where applicable.

3. Remove Rank Sarthi from Facebook

If you connected Rank Sarthi through Facebook:

Open Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Go to Apps and Websites.
Find Rank Sarthi, if listed, and select Remove.
To request deletion of personal information separately held by Rank Sarthi, follow the email instructions above.

Removing an app from Facebook does not necessarily erase information independently stored by Rank Sarthi. Deletion requests should also be sent to us.

4. Processing Time

We review requests promptly after receipt. We will provide a completion update or explain any additional verification or lawful retention requirement.
