Women can enter the NDA route under the currently notified UPSC framework, subject to the service-specific vacancies, educational qualifications, age/marital conditions, medical standards and selection rules in the current notification. For the Air Force, the official IAF NDA entry page explicitly lists male and female candidates.
The important point is not to create a separate folklore-based rulebook for women. Use the same official selection architecture, then verify the standards and vacancies that are specifically notified for female candidates and for the chosen service.

The written examination route is governed by the same official NDA examination framework. Candidates who progress to SSB should prepare for the actual stages and tasks, not for stereotypes about how a "female candidate should behave."

Female standards must be sourced from the current official medical appendices and service instructions. Do not infer them from male tables, and do not assume that one common rule applies to Army, Navy and Air Force.
